Overview In this role you lead the Electronics sourcing strategy and build a resilient supplier base to enable growth and new product introductions. You collaborate across R&D;, Industrialization, Quality, Production and Supply Chain to ensure supplier readiness, cost competitiveness and technology alignment. You drive supplier development, cost improvements and risk management for an electronics-driven portfolio.
You will engage in data-driven decisions and digital initiatives to optimize sourcing performance.

Responsabilità
- Define and implement sourcing strategies for the Electronics commodity
- Develop and manage suppliers for electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS providers, power electronics, sensors, connectivity solutions and related technologies
- Drive supplier development initiatives focused on quality, capacity, manufacturing robustness, delivery performance and continuous improvement
- Support new product introductions by ensuring supplier readiness, component availability and industrial feasibility
- Collaborate with R&D; Hardware, Industrialization and Quality teams to evaluate technical solutions and supplier capabilities
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through should-cost analysis,
value engineering and supplier collaboration
- Support lifecycle management including EOL monitoring, alternative sourcing strategies and continuity planning
- Lead supplier performance reviews and development plans for strategic electronics suppliers
- Identify emerging technologies, suppliers and market trends relevant to future product roadmaps
- Analyze sourcing and supply chain data independently and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation
- Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Sourcing organization
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience in electronics sourcing, supplier development, technical procurement or supplier quality within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCB assemblies, EMS suppliers and electronics manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting NPI, industrialization and supplier qualification activities
- Knowledge of cost engineering, value engineering and supply chain risk management principles
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP MM
- Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel and data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
