MISSION
As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.
Activities & Responsibilities
- - Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
- Support clients in purchasing all LV products
- Develop long-term relationships with clients,
leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty
- Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique
- Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
- Follow xysqume company policies and procedures

Requirements
- - Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
