Overview As a Partner Account Senior Manager in Milan, you will drive partner-led growth for Salesforce in Italy by nurturing senior-level alliances with system integrators and resellers. You’ll co-create joint market strategies around Agentforce and AI, shaping partner-driven pipelines and revenue alongside field AEs. You’ll enable partner sales and technical teams, lead QBRs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and expansion. Responsabilità
Own strategic relationships with Italian system integrator partners and resellers,
including C-level engagement and accountability to business targets Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned with Agentforce and AI to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce offerings and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to track performance Collaborate with Italy field sales, Solutions Engineering, marketing, and industry teams to support adoption, renewals, and expansion
Requisiti fondamentali
7–10+ years in partner/alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy Proven ability to drive revenue via SI, reseller, or ISV partner models Experience building and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders Business fluency in Italian and English Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, with familiarity of Salesforce partner ecosystem Experience with Agentforce, AI, or data-driven transformation solutions excellent communication and negotiation skills stakeholder management executive influencing CRM platforms SaaS/cloud/enterprise software AppExchange marketplace
