Overview In this plant-based, high-impact role you will bridge accounting and financial analysis to support manufacturing operations. You’ll drive cost and variance analysis, inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close while strengthening data integrity and reporting. You’ll partner with operations to improve costing processes and internal controls, enabling data-driven decisions. This position offers exposure to SAP-driven ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to influence production performance.

Responsabilità
Standard costing: define material standard costs, create costing views for buy/make/subcontract items, run and update standard costs, coordinate annual costing Material and production cost analysis: PPV analysis, material cost burden analysis, DL/F&D;/OH cost components, validate cost absorption Industrial cost controlling: review work order costs, analyze variances and root causes, ensure proper accounting impact,
support excess/obsolete inventory review Close cooperation with RTR/AP regional service center and cross-functional teams, drive process improvements and efficiency Monthly financial closure: reconciliations, journal entries, analytical reporting, trend and risk/opportunity analysis Inventory reconciliation and detailed analysis; support budgeting, quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasts Adhoc financial analysis and reporting; participate in finance projects
Requisiti fondamentali
3+ years in SAP FI CO 3+ years standard cost accounting in manufacturing 3+ years product cost and manufacturing variance analysis Knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations and US GAAP Strong numerical and analytical skills; structured accounting approach in manufacturing Understanding of internal controls and SOX Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Advanced English and Italian experience with ERP systems (SAP) analytical thinking proactive process improvement cross-functional collaboration SAP FI CO standard cost accounting manufacturing variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)
