Overview In this role you lead the facilities and general affairs portfolio, ensuring efficient operations of buildings, office administration, and vendor management. You’ll safeguard workplace safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing services and real estate-related contracts. Responsabilità
Oversee facilities management and real estate operations across buildings and utilities Manage maintenance programs and vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost efficiency Negotiate and renegotiate facility management services and contracts Lead health, safety, and environmental activities (HSE) including procedures, training,
and emergency planning Coordinate insurance coverage programs and liaise with insurers, brokers, and risk assessments Prepare and manage tender processes, pre-select vendors, and draft tender documents Monitor regulatory compliance and risk assessment documentation Support budgeting and cost controls for general affairs and facilities activities
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering 7-10 years of experience in similar roles within a multinational company Strong English proficiency Experience in vendor and contract management Experience with HSE regulations and risk assessments Budgeting and financial awareness Project management experience Strategic communication Negotiation skills Target-oriented approach Facilities management Real estate management HSE knowledge (TU 81/08 et s.m.i.)
