Overview In this role you will help strengthen Ferrero's corporate reputation and brand identity across traditional and digital channels. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-impact communications that support corporate initiatives and sustainability storytelling. You will monitor reputational indicators, prepare materials for senior management, and manage crisis communication and stakeholder engagement. This is an opportunity to shape how Ferrero communicates with media, influencers, and audiences in Italy and beyond, contributing to a purposeful, visible corporate narrative.
Responsabilità
Monitor reputational KPIs and communication performance indicators Create materials and presentations to reinforce Ferrero’s identity and reputation Identify appropriate channels to engage diverse audiences across traditional and digital media Develop engaging content and draft communications for corporate initiatives (press releases, media materials, interviews, videos, digital assets) Manage Ferrero Italia’s digital channels (social media and websites) for relevance and alignment with objectives Prepare daily press, web,
and social media reviews with insights on topics affecting reputation and visibility Collaborate with Marketing and Business Support & Relationships teams to support feasibility, visibility, and communication effectiveness of brand initiatives Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, agencies, research institutions, and other external stakeholders Manage crisis communication by monitoring media and supporting senior management with reports and materials Transform sustainability topics and achievements into compelling assets for various audiences and channels
Requisiti fondamentali
academic background in Communication, Marketing, or related field initial experience in Communication, Marketing, or External Communication-related departments understanding of media ecosystems and trends ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in Italian and English willingness to join and collaborate within cross-functional teams stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration proactive communication media monitoring content development for press and digital assets social media management for corporate channels
