Overview In this role you drive profitable growth by managing strategic relationships with integrators and major poultry/swine producers in Italy. You will expand the additives and specialties portfolio, align with Italian and EMEA teams, and ensure successful execution of contracts. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value-based solutions and strengthen leadership in the monogastric market. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to shape growth in animal nutrition.

Responsabilità
Build and manage strategic customer relationships with major integrators for growth and satisfaction Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans Lead commercial negotiations to achieve sales, margin, and share-of-wallet targets Deliver value-based solutions linking product benefits to customer outcomes Collaborate with feed manufacturer KAM to ensure market coverage and avoid overlap Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance,
and technical support for contract execution Monitor retention, competitor activity, and market trends; report pipeline via CRM Provide field insights to influence strategy and address customer concerns Act as main contact for integrators, ensuring clear information flow between customers and internal teams Other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agribusiness, or related field At least 4 years B2B sales experience in feed additives Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage key accounts Technical understanding of poultry and swine nutrition (monogastrics) Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad Strong communication and relationship-building Negotiation and influencing abilities Cross-functional collaboration CRM tools Excel Power BI
