Sales Line, headhunting company, is selecting a Business Development Manager – Italy & Europe for an international industrial technology group operating in the process industries.Who are we?Sales Line: we are a headhunting company operating in Italy & Europe for over 140 SMEs and multinational companies.Who are we hiring for?Our client is an international industrial technology group providing engineered equipment and solutions for process industries, with a strong presence in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Water Treatment markets.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business for mixing and industrial sealing technologies, primarily in Italy and across selected European markets.The mission is to generate new leads, acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle, working closely with international technical and commercial teams.Must have?At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets, with a proven hunter approach and strong technical aptitude;Fluent English.Want to know more? Read on…What does the Business Development Manager do?Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, primarily across Italy;Manage the full sales cycle,
from prospecting to technical-commercial negotiation and closing;Develop sales for mixing and industrial sealing technologies;Build relationships with technical and purchasing stakeholders within process industries;Collaborate with Italian and European teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support market development;Manage customer visits and business development activities across the assigned markets.Ideal candidateTechnical or business education;5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development or industrial B2B sales;Experience in process industries. Previous experience with mixers, sealing systems or rotating equipment is a plus;Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers and independently develop a market;Fluent English (C1);Strong hunter mentality, technical curiosity, autonomy and resilience;Availability to travel approximately 70% of the time.What we offer· RAL 65k-70k + 20% target-based incentive + company car for business and personal use;· The opportunity to join a well-established international industrial group;· A key role in the development of the Italian market and other strategic European markets.WorkplaceResidence: Milan or Turin areaTravel: Approximately 70% of working timeAnnouncement addressed to candidates of all genders (D.
