We focus on connecting, setting trends, and helping people express who they are.We’re seeking an energetic Store Manager with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences.Your role● Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.● Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.● Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.● Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).● Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised,
attractive store.● Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.● Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.What we’re looking for● Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.● Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.● Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.● High level of English, comfortable with international customers.● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.● Energetic, growth-oriented attitude;
