Own your product: From idea to launch and beyond, ensuring it meets business goals and delivers value. Lead your team: Set clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with Huspy's mission. Collaborate closely: Work daily with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life. Tackle new challenges across various domains to keep improving our product and processes. The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.) 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products 1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices We don’t expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users. Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI) Experience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners A hands-on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly. Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work Setup
Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU. Or we offer relocation support to Dubai or Madrid, if preferred.
