Overview In this role you will develop and maintain the project schedule to manage time and cost commitments across tenders, contracts, and programs. You will align the customer schedule with internal timelines and ATI/JV constraints, coordinating with other PUs and customers. You’ll manage schedules within PMS with resource management KPIs, supporting RC workload construction and RFP processes. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive proactive scheduling decisions and ensure effective communication.

Responsabilità

Develop and maintain the project schedule for time and cost commitments across tender, contract,



or program Ensure coherence between customer and internal schedules and ATI/JV constraints Interface with other PUs/Companies and the customer to build scenarios and manage communication strategy Manage schedules in PMS with resource management and related KPIs and contribute to RC workload construction Support WPRs and IFRS15-related activities Contribute to project/program management through effective scheduling and planning

Requisiti fondamentali

Project Management and Industrial backgrounds excellent communication and interpersonal skills conflict management and multi-tasking ability to challenge project team and proactively propose solutions ability to juggle schedules and changing project goals critical thinking and good judgement excellent use of MSP and P6 good knowledge of railway products and systems communication teamwork conflict management MSP P6 PMS (Project Management System)
