Responsabilità
Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs) Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Collaborate with field service teams,
call centers, and external service partners Ensure data accuracy in service management systems Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively strong analytical thinking cross-functional collaboration problem-solving Excel ERP/BI tools data accuracy and reporting
