NTU Internationalis preparing a proposal for the project"Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost."
The programme aims to strengthen cooperation betweenAfrica and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
In this context, we are seeking a highly qualifiedNon-Key Expert – Private Sector Engagement Expertto support activities aimed at strengthening private sector participation, business development, innovation, investment and commercial opportunities within the African and European space ecosystems.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
University degree atMaster's levelineconomics, business administration, engineering, innovation management, or a related field.
In the absence of such degree,four additional years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent command ofEnglish.
Working knowledge ofFrench and/or Portuguesewill be considered an asset.
Minimum General Professional Experience
Minimum8 years of professional experienceinprivate sector development, industrial cooperation, innovation, business development and/or investment facilitation.
Minimum Specific Professional Experience
At least4 years of professional experience engaging companies, entrepreneurs and/or investors, including market/value-chain analysis, business support, matchmaking, commercialisation and/or access to finance.
Experience in the space, geospatial or technology sector and in Africa is highly relevant.
