OverviewIn this role you will support the deployment of Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program.
You work closely with cross-functional teams to validate data, configure solutions, and ensure alignment with the global template and regulatory standards.
You help drive a unified ERP backbone to enable agile, compliant operations across sites.
Your impact spans testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure smooth transitions.

ResponsabilitàSupport SAP–MES (PAS-X) integration activities and related engineering change processes
Validate manufacturing master data, process orders, BOMs, master recipes, and production versions
Assist with functional validation and alignment with the global template
Perform configuration support, data validation, and integration readiness activities
Provide leadership and coaching to external contractors
Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting
Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline
Hands-on functional experience in a regulated (GxP) environment
Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred: prior involvement in global ERP deployments
Preferred: experience with MES systems and SAP integration
Ability to travel internationally (-10%)
