ResponsabilitàDevelop and implement account vision, strategy and ways of working
Serve as custodian of customer needs and advocate for them
Manage complex sales cycles with internal/external resources
Monitor industry trends and address customer business challenges
Act with urgency, integrity, and customer focus
Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in sales and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in life sciences
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
Consultative sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
Strategic account planning and execution skills
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to engage customers from end users to C-level
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Passion for solving customer business problems
Business proficiency in English and Italian or Spanish
