**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB** The Sustainability Specialist will work closely with the Sustainability team to develop and implement several sustainability projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with internal functions to satisfy business requests and data collection related to sustainability projects and reporting;
- Monitor and analyze Group’s ESG data and information for reporting;
- Support the team in the compilation of external sustainability ratings/indexes;
- Perform market research, evaluation and documentation related to industry-specific ESG aspects (alternative materials, certifications, reporting, policies, etc);
- Contribute to projects and initiatives with industry-specific organizations and other players in the luxury industry;




- Work with suppliers to collect and monitor ESG data and information related to both their business and materials/products purchased. **SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Understanding of sustainability issues in the industry
- Comfort with data analysis and supporting software
- Good networking skills in a matrix environment
- Communication and presentation skills
- 1/2y experience on Sustainability-related activities
- University degree with specialization in Sustainability Field as a plus
- Fluent Italian and English as a must, other languages a plus
