ph3Senior Analyst - EMEA Servicer Evaluations • Milan, Lombardy, Italy /h3 pAbout the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):11 About the RoleThe Servicer Evaluations team assigns and maintains rankings for mortgage, loan, and other servicing clients. Our rankings and published analysis reflect our opinion of each servicer's operational strengths, weaknesses, and overall ability to service mortgages, loans, or other assets. The team values collaboration, analytical excellence, and building lasting client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pImpactIn this role, you will manage servicer client relationships, prepare committee presentations that reflect each servicer's capabilities compared to peers, write rationales and press releases to publicly announce ranking actions, and maintain systems of record and databases. You will also play a significant part in initiatives that improve operational efficiencies within the business area. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage with clients' executives, line managers, and staff across various functional areas to drive strategic communication and build lasting relationships. /li liCollect, analyze, and synthesize client-provided data to propose new rankings or recommend changes to existing rankings, consistent with our analytical approach and industry trends. /li liPrepare committee presentations to ensure the accurate and timely release of rankings. /li liPublish ranking rationales, full analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports. /li liCollaborate with supporting functions — including publishing, operations, communications, and marketing — to ensure the integrity, transparency, and timeliness of rankings. /li liMaintain the accuracy of internal systems that support the rankings process and adhere to internal quality measures. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liRequired Skills and Experience: An SP Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of relevant experience in residential or commercial loan servicing, mortgage administration operations, arrears and collections , audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or commercial or consumer credit. /li liStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders across a global, multicultural environment. /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). /li liDemonstrated client relationship management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently. /li liWillingness and ability to travel. /li liEnglish: Required — Fluent (able to conduct meetings,
collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally). /li liPreferred or Helpful Experience: Advanced Excel skills and experience incorporating AI tools into analysis. /li liExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including RMBS, CMBS, or other ratings teams, to remain aligned with market and industry trends. /li liEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
