and a strong customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in English ( B2 level or above ). What We Offer An initial 6-month employment contract (CCNL Aninsei) , with the possibility of renewal. Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive onboarding, followed by the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the first three months , including up to two days of remote work based on performance.
