Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and reliable Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll schedule service appointments, manage daily calendars, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment customers call to the moment their vehicle is ready. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnswer customer calls and establishes follow-up with service appointments. /li liRespond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates. /li liProvide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. /li liPresent initial financing options based on customer needs. /li liFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. /li liParticipate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. /li liUtilize CRM tracking system daily (training provided.)
