The position has strong strategic relevance, focusing on the most complex, high-impact and business-critical land topics across the project lifecycle. /p pAs aLand Manageryou will: /p ul liDrive land-related activities across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on complex and strategic initiatives /li liCoordinate acquisition andformalisationof land rights, including easements,notariseddeedsand expropriation procedures /li liIdentifyand mitigate legal,
operational and documentation risks in critical project phases /li liAct as a key reference point for land matters, supporting decision-making with internal teams and external stakeholders /li liSupport due diligence and project transactions through high-quality and reliable documentation /li liImprove land processes throughstandardisation,efficiencyand stronger governance /li liActively contribute to the development of land strategies and market insights /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are looking for colleagues who are excited to make an impact and bring a mix of mindset and skills to the team.
