Job Description:
- Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I; ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets.
- Develop and manage local distribution channels, build strong relationships with key distributors, and continuously expand and optimize the distribution network.
- Build, lead, and manage the local team,
coordinating sales, marketing and technical to support business growth and improve team performance.
- Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements:
- 8 years of sales or business development experience in the Italian market; experience in PV, ESS, EV Charging, or the energy industry is preferred.
- 3 years of team management experience, with good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Experience in distributor, installer, or EPC management.
- Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills; background in Electrical Engineering is a plus. xysqume
