- Process and book accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
- Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Support the preparation and posting of accruals, prepayments, and deferred revenue
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Support the month-end close and preparation of financial statements
- Support accounts payable cycle and help ensure timely vendor payments **Desired qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Master’s degree is advantageous
- 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role,
preferably gained in a professional accounting firm (from Big4 is a plus).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus)
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with internal controls and audit practices is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; French is a plus.
