The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management. Maintaining the highest degree of customer service every day in accordance with Retail Excellence and empower team to make decisions in the best interest of providing an elevated client experience.

monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends.
identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.

Compensation will be defined with a starting salary of 55.000 euros, based on experience, skills and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective and consistent company criteria. xykwogc
