What you will be doing:
- Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile.
- Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently.
- Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders.
- Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services.
- Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair.
- Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in similar roles (1–2 years), ideally in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.
- #LI-MG1 Experience in similar roles (1–2 years), Strong organizational skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, English (B2), Microsoft Office, SAP or similar systems

Gross Annual Salary: from € 23.400 to € 26.000, determined on the basis of professional skills, experience and the responsibilities assigned.
