For our Tigotà store in Langhirano (PR), we are looking for a:
VICE STORE MANAGER
The role is aimed at supporting the store manager for:
- daily store management, coordination and supervision, ensuring an excellent customer experience;
- managing a young and dynamic staff, motivating them to achieve sales objectives;
- organizing the workday and work shifts.
The resource will also be responsible for customer reception, sales assistance, cash register use, restocking, organization and care of display spaces and the warehouse.
The profile is characterized by leadership, teamwork, communication and relational skills, results orientation, and problem solving.
Ideal requirements:
- experience in public sales as a sales assistant and in managing a work team or as a store manager;
- passion for sales and aptitude for customer contact;
- excellent organizational skills and stress management;
- motivation and predisposition to teamwork;
- flexibility and availability to work in shifts (including holidays) and for short business trips;
- good use of PC and Office package.
