Overview
In this role you will translate commercial agreements into ready-to-activate media plans and coordinate cross-functional campaigns. You will ensure campaign structures meet planning guidelines and support a seamless handover to Activation teams, driving timely, accurate execution. You'll work with internal and external partners to align timelines, assets, and requirements, contributing to Retail Media initiatives at a leading e-pharmacy. This position offers hands-on impact in a fast, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans
Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection per guidelines
Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners
Manage asset requests and creative briefings for completeness and timeliness
Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams
Monitor timelines,

dependencies, and milestones for on-time delivery
Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to align with broader initiatives
Maintain documentation and planning data for transparency and tracking
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar
Strong understanding of retail media and planning processes
Ability to translate input into structured media plans and setups
Excellent coordination and project management skills
High attention to detail in planning data and asset requirements
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
