As a Senior Tax Consultant at KPMG in Perugia, you will support clients on Italian and international tax matters and contribute to complex advisory projects. Responsabilità
Analyse domestic direct and indirect taxation issues and provide ongoing client guidance
Offer opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists,
permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.)
Assess taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions)
Conduct tax due diligence
Ensure tax compliance
Requisiti fondamentali
3+ years of experience at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
Master's degree in business or law
Intention to pursue professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
