ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a bJunior Innovation Data Analytics Specialist /b who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period. /p h3Key responsibilities of the role will include: /h3 ul liSupport innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group Compliance /li liContribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage) /li liSupport the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required) /li liProvide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation) /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback /li liSupport the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group level /li liPrepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updates /li liEnsure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave period /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar /li lipreferred 0-2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support roles /li liGood knowledge of Excel (mandatory) /li liBasic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools /li liFamiliarity with data analysis concepts /li liBasic understanding of AI topics (no coding required) /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong curiosity,
