Responsabilità
Support members with healthcare and security queries
Coordinate medical appointments, authorize treatments, and manage policy claims
Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Requisiti fondamentali
Strong organisational and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
Customer service experience desirable
