We're looking for a: Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialis t Role Purpos e: T he Finance International Controlling & Reporting Special ist (Reporting to the Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial report ing and supporting t he external consolidated financial stateme nts of the entities in the sco pe.The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Controll in g and Business Performance Analys is.
Key Responsibilit ies:
- M anage monthly, quarterly, and annual repo rting processes at Group level
- Analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeho lders.
- Analyze financial results and vari ances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision m aking
- Support subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting gui dance
- Coordinate with local finance teams across different coun tries
- Contribute to the prepar ation of management reports, board presenta tions, and financial disclo sures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proce dures
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting proc esos
Key Require ments:
- Bachelor’s or Mas ter’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and rep orting, preferably in a multinational envir onment
- Experience with Group Rep orting and complex organizational stru ctures
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabi lities
- Strong knowled ge of IFRS (or relevant accounting stan dards)
- Experience with consolidation tools ( e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, One S tream)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Lan guages:English: Fluent (man datory)Italian: Flu ent (man datory )
Offer:Salary rang e: from €39.000 to €46.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requ irements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third profession al area.
