È previsto un elevato volume di candidati per il ruolo descritto di seguito, non aspetti a inviare il suo CV.br/ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliLead, motivate and develop the boutique team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture. /liliDrive sales performance and ensure the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs. /liliDevelop and implement a strong strongclienteling strategy /strong, with a particular focus on VICs, HNWIs and international clientele. /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, supporting the team in growing and retaining their client portfolios. /liliEnsure an exceptional and consistent client experience in line with the brand’s positioning and service standards. /liliMonitor and analyse key retail KPIs and identify opportunities for business growth. /liliCoach the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, clienteling and luxury service. /liliEnsure the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
/liliCollaborate closely with Retail, HR, Merchandising, Marketing and HQ functions. /liliRepresent the brand during VIP events, client appointments and key local initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli7+ years of experience in strongluxury retail /strong, with significant experience in a Boutique/Store Manager or Director role. /liliProven track record managing a stronghigh-end boutique, flagship or strategically relevant store /strong. /liliStrong commercial acumen and solid understanding of luxury retail KPIs. /liliEstablished experience with stronginternational and high-net-worth clientele /strong and sophisticated clienteling practices. /liliExcellent leadership, coaching and people-development skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a polished and credible presence. /liliFluent Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /liliPassion for luxury, fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. /li /ulpbr/ppIDEAL PROFILE /ppA strongcharismatic, mature and commercially driven luxury retail leader /strong, combining strong business acumen with a genuine passion for people, product and client experience. xjncmbx /ppThe ideal candidate will be comfortable representing a prestigious international brand and managing a sophisticated clientele in one of Milan’s most important luxury retail locations. /ppbr/p
