HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Holistic project work. You’ll analyzeprocesses, procurementorganizationsand product groups.You’lldevelop suitable strategies and measures tooptimizethe supply chain and the strategic procurement process.You’llimplement these strategies anddeliver meaningful outcomesfor our clients.
Diverse and engaging projects. You’ll work onbroadclientportfolios and project assignmentsat home and abroad for a wide variety of industries andclients. From startups, retail, consumer goods, or the energy and automotive industries, to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Collaborative consulting. You’ll work closely withclients,
preparing and participatinginworkshops and negotiations.You’llpresent processes and structures, be a direct contact forclientsand build trust by developing industry understanding and engaging effectively in their respective fields.
Cross-industry development. You’ll help tobuild knowledge across the companybyparticipatingin variouspracticesareas and centers of excellence.You’llalsoexpand yourexpertiseand continue developing yourskillsetin new subject areas.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
Bachelor's or Master'sdegree with strong academic results.
1 to 3 years of experienceideallyinprocurement, supply chain management,operationsor consulting during your studies.
Strongproblem-solving skills,curiosityfor newtasksandmotivationin achieving meaningful results.
You’reflexible to traveland enjoy working withinternational teamsacrossdifferent locationsand cultures.
Business fluencyin bothItalian andEnglish.
