Role: Inside Channel Sales Account Manager
Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Italy. You would act as a key team member supporting channel partners enabling strong partner engagement and driving small end-user direct touch contributing to regional sales growth too.
As an Inside Channel Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships
- Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities
- Help Prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners
- Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales pro-activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services
- Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives
We Are Looking For:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
- Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems
- A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or proactive lead generation and outbound sales roles is a plus but not essential
- An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed
