At Fastweb + Vodafone, we are looking for a INTERNSHIP – Tower & Rental Management for the Team Tower Agreements & Rental Lavorerai nel team che gestisce l’acquisizione di spazi critici per la rete di Fastweb. COSA IMPARERAI?

- Contrattualistica strategica per siti di rete: Supporto nell'analisi, predisposizione, revisione e aggiornamento dei contratti di locazione relativi ai siti di rete. Gestione delle integrazioni e delle modifiche contrattuali. Negoziazione, penali e rinegoziazione contrattuale Monitoraggio dei rapporti con le Tower Companies e verifica del rispetto degli accordi in essere.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analisi e monitoraggio dei KPI contrattuali ed economici. Individuazione di opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione. Elaborazione di analisi statistiche e reportistica strategica. Utilizzo di strumenti digitali avanzati per il tracking delle performance.
- Innovazione e Tecnologia: Strumenti digitali all'avanguardia per la gestione dei dati. Analisi predittiva e machine learning applicati ai processi contrattuali. Implementazione di soluzioni basate su Intelligenza Artificiale Data Analytics per supportare decisioni aziendali.
- Collaborazione Multilayered: Interazione con funzioni aziendali multidisciplinari quali Network, Legal, Procurement, Finance e Real Estate. Sviluppo di capacità comunicative in contesti complessi e multidisciplinari.

MUST HAVE

- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia e Commercio, Giurisprudenza, Data Science o discipline affini.
- Forte interesse per l'analisi dei dati e i processi aziendali.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel e strumenti di analisi dati.
- Interesse per il settore delle telecomunicazioni e delle infrastrutture di rete.

NICE TO HAVE

- Attitudine al problem solving e all'analisi quantitativa.
- Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

RIMBORSO SPESE

1000 € mensili più T.R. The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
