Since 1995, SIDLER SA has been operating in Consulting, Executive Search and the Recruitment & Selection of qualified professionals across the EMEA region.
As part of the further development and expansion of our team, we are looking for a:
RECRUITMENT & TALENT INTERN / LUXURY & RETAIL DIVISION / STABIO
The successful candidate will join our Luxury & Retail team based in Stabio and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Executive Search and Talent Acquisition, working alongside our consultants on assignments for leading international Luxury & Retail brands across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
The Intern will support the team across the different stages of the recruitment process, including:
- Supporting the management of the full recruitment process, from the initial brief through to the final stages.
- Conducting market research and talent mapping through LinkedIn and dedicated databases.
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates.
- Supporting candidate screening and interviews.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
- Supporting the preparation of candidate presentations and recruitment-related documentation.
- Assisting with the management of candidate and client relationships.
- Supporting Clienteling, Networking and PR activities.
- Contributing to Employer Branding and Training projects.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc activities related to ongoing search assignments.
Requirements
- University degree or currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Business, HR, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Executive Search and the Luxury & Retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or Luxury/Retail is considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
