and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage. /li liEnsure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive. /li /ul h3Optimization Analysis /h3 ul liContinuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements. /li liIdentify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works. /li liDeliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights. /li /ul h3Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover. /li liCollaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging. /li liShare learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole. /li /ul h3What you’ll need to succeed /h3 ul liNative-level English, especially written. /li li3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales—ideally targeting mobile app developers and digital product founders. /li liProven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages. /li liExperience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive. /li liHighly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. /li liHands‑on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve. /li liComfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. /li li⭐️ Premio points for: Experience engaging app developers or founders; familiarity with the mobile app or SaaS ecosystem. /li /ul h3What success will look like /h3 ul liA consistent flow of qualified developer leads entering intro calls. /li liMeasurable improvements in response and conversion rates. /li liClear, accurate Pipedrive pipeline with actionable insights. /li liStrong alignment and communication across the sourcing and acquisition team. /li /ul pEmployment type: Full-time /p pSeniority level: Not Applicable /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
