About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Channel Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive our global digital strategy across paid media, SEO, AI search, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.
You will connect our different digital channels into one integrated approach, develop your team, and ensure our digital investments deliver measurable business impact.

The job can be placed in any of our office locations: Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop specialists across Paid Social, SEA, SEO, AI/LLM Search, E-Commerce, and Third-Party Platforms
- Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
- Own the digital marketing budget and optimize investments based on performance and ROI
- Drive paid media and organic search performance across key platforms
- Develop our approach to AI/LLM search visibility as customer search behavior evolves
- Work with the e-commerce team to improve acquisition, conversion, and the digital customer journey
- Manage our presence across relevant marketplaces, distributor sites, and other external platforms
- Partner with Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Translate digital performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
What You Bring
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
- Broad experience across paid media, SEA, SEO, e-commerce, and digital platforms
- Proven experience managing digital budgets with clear ROI accountability xlwpduy
- Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI/LLM search
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools such as GA4
- Strong analytical, people leadership, project and stakeholder management skills
- Ideal to have worked with Salesforce
- Experience in an international & multicultural environment is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
