In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution. /liliThis position is suitable for experienced sales professionals with a strong B2B sales background. Candidates with solid sales experience but limited management experience are also encouraged to apply, with clear opportunities for future career progression. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the Italian BESS market, including CI customers, bEPC /bcontractors, project developers, utilities, and distribution partners. /liliManage the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection. /liliBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits and business development activities. /liliMonitor the Italian energy storage market, including industry trends, competitors, policies, incentives, and upcoming projects. /liliCollaborate closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Solution Design, Supply Chain, Legal, and Project Management, to prepare technical proposals, tenders, and commercial offers. /liliMaintain accurate customer information, sales pipelines, and opportunity updates in the CRM system. /liliPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to support business planning.
