Every day, more than 84 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p pbPerformance Measurement KPI’s /b /p ul liGlobal workload management of their team (capacity vs workload), depending the TDS organization. /li liLevel of application of standard process tools (100%) /li /ul pReturn of Experience (REX) management between projects /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbAccountable for: /b /p ul liApplying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure their domain efficiency within projects development /li liDefining, developing and sharing re‑usable “test patterns” depending the TDS organization. /li liPromoting continuous improvement initiatives in their team depending the TDS organization. /li liManaging the traceability and configuration of tools used by their team depending the TDS organization. /li /ul pbResponsible for:
/b /p ul liAssigning the resources (staff, …) for executing Projects testing activities /li liManaging the workload, including the sub-contracted part (technical assistance or work-package) depending the TDS organization. /li liContributing to the sub-contracting strategy in liaise with Sourcing /li liEvaluating performance and setting objectives of their team /li liDefining the training plan appropriate to their team’s needs and Alstom strategy /li liProposing to the Site CV Manager the investments necessary to ensure the deliveries on projects conducted by the Site. /li liManaging their scope by using regularly updated KPIs related to their domain /li liKeeping be informed of the QCD of Projects their team contributes to, in order to propose improvements, if necessary /li liInitiating and following up action plans to solve issues common across projects and/or improve results in projects /li /ul pbImportant to note /b /p pAs a global business, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
