Overview
You will support delivering the JD brand’s global marketing vision in the Italian market by coordinating retail activation campaigns and events. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, consumer connection, and regional impact through activations. The role focuses on planning and executing high-impact events, from large launches to VIP gatherings, while measuring success via post-event analysis.
This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meaningful opportunities to shape shopper experiences and brand engagement in Italy.
Responsabilità
- Assist in strategy implementation and activation execution aligned with brand goals
- Plan and run a range of events, from large product launches to intimate VIP gatherings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, partnerships, social and influencer teams
- Identify and manage external vendors and agencies for event-related services
- Contribute to post-event reporting,
ROI analysis, and attendee feedback
- Share best practices with the market and the EU marketing team for scalable activations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 2 years in event management and activations with a track record of successful campaigns
- Strong written and spoken English and Italian; other European languages a plus
- Strategic thinking to develop activation plans aligned with brand objectives
- Effective communication with internal and external partners
- Team-oriented with interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills
- Problem-solving ability during planning and execution
- Geographically mobile with willingness to travel for events
