Job Summary

To reinforce our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre operations, we are hiring an intern. You will assist with paperwork organization, client communication, and statutory compliance checks.

Responsibilities

- Address and triage customer messages regarding regulatory obligations;
- Examine, certify, and structure technical and administrative materials for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
- Maintain up-to-date entries on government portals and internal compliance software.
- Coordinate with technical staff to guarantee punctual fulfillment of legal and regulatory targets;
- Join the team for field audits and on-location support activities as circumstances dictate.

Qualifications
- Technical diploma,



ideally oriented toward Thermal/Plumbing, Energy, Mechanics, or similar;
- Passionate about facility regulations and compliance administration;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel and Word capabilities;
- Accurate, methodical, and detail-conscious;
- Strong interpersonal communication and client-centric values;
- Flexible to split time between office administration and client-site visits.
