Job Description : Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I; ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets.
Develop and manage local distribution channels, build strong relationships with key distributors, and continuously expand and optimize the distribution network.
Build, lead,
and manage the local team, coordinating sales, marketing and technical to support business growth and improve team performance.
Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements : 8 years of sales or business development experience in the Italian market; experience in PV, ESS, EV Charging, or the energy industry is preferred.
3 years of team management experience, with good leadership and team coordination skills.
Experience in distributor, installer, or EPC management.
Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills; background in Electrical Engineering is a plus. xjncmbx
