The Logistics Specialist supports end-to-end vehicle logistics processes—from importation to final delivery—ensuring seamless operations aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and monitor the end-to-end logistics process: vessels documentation, customs clearance, cars storage on central compounds and delivery to Dealer Network
- Collaborate with Logistics Suppliers on daily operations, helping in defining priorities based on Business needs
- Ensure timely and efficient vehicle distribution to Dealers, optimizing lead times and service level
- Company Vehicle Stock management
- Monitor vehicle movements across ports, compounds and distribution channels
- Handle damage claims in coordination with Logistics Suppliers and the Claim Manager
- Ensure proper documentation flow and data accuracy within logistics systems
- Track and report logistics performance, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions
- Maintain daily coordination with HQ to ensure operational alignment and information flow
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee operational alignment.
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistic dept., preferably within an automotive company.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
