REMOTE POSITION WITHIN GREECE

Responsibilities
- Provide Italian-language customer support remotely from Greece to customers and partners.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in clear, accurate records.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian; comfortable communicating in written and spoken Italian.
- Residence in Greece or ability to work remotely within Greece.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
