About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the creation of exquisite desserts for our restaurants, banquets, and special events. Working alongside experienced chefs in one of Florence's most prestigious luxury hotels,
you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences while upholding the highest standards of quality, creativity, and craftsmanship.
What you will do
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items in line with Four Seasons standards and recipes.
- Support daily pastry operations, including mise en place, station set‑up, and service for restaurant and banquet outlets.
- Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in supervising, training, and motivating team members.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, waste control, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to the preparation of special requests and support other kitchen areas as needed.
What you bring
- At least 1 year of experience in a pastry, culinary, or related kitchen role.
- A passion for pastry, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Good communication skills, with fluency in Italian; knowledge of English is considered an asset.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term position. In this role, you will be required to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
