pThe resource will actively participate in the deployment of the business offering (residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, lombard/securities based lending, HoldCo finance), supporting the local team in the day-by-day activities. /ppbrDato che un elevato numero di candidati potrebbe essere interessato a questa posizione, si assicuri di inviare il suo CV il prima possibile.br/ppstronguMain tasks: /u /strong /pp· Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs. /pp· Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects. /pp· Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests. /ppInteract with other key divisions of the Bank along the credit process (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal Team etc.) /pp· Assist in the execution of deals. /pp· Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting. /pp· Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects. /pp. Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group. /ppbr/ppThe resource will be exposed to a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relating to several key people within the organization,
and meeting tight deadlines.
