Project Control Manager – Italy, Milan – Initial 12 Month Contract – Life Sciences Specialising in the life sciences sector, our client provides engineering, project delivery and operational readiness solutions that help clients bring complex manufacturing and processing facilities online safely and efficiently. Working across the full asset lifecycle, the organisation partners with clients to design, build, and optimise world-class facilities, combining technical expertise, collaborative delivery, and a commitment to quality to support successful project outcomes worldwide.

What you’ll deliver:

- Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Completed at least one full lifecycle pharma project.
- Proven project controls expertise across planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.




- Primavera P6 user with experience managing complex construction schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in brownfield or live operational environments.

What you’ll need:
- Lead all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
- Review and validate contractor schedules, reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment between project schedule, cost, procurement and execution plans.
- Provide regular performance reporting, variance analysis and issue escalation. xysqume
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and client stakeholders while managing a junior project controls resource.
