GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer in Italy (remote) to join our Europe regional team.

You will support Level 2 technical issues for solar/PV/BESS products and assist the local Level 1 hotline with escalations.
You will train L1 staff, collaborate with partners and R&D;, and help position GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Europe.
A technical degree and 3+ years in tech support are preferred, with willingness to travel. xysqume
