European Sales / Business Development – Apparel

We are looking for experienced Apparel Sales / Business Development professionals to develop and grow our business across Southern Europe , with a particular focus on Italy, Spain, Portugal and France .
About the Company
- Established in 2002, with over 20 years of experience in international apparel trade and manufacturing
- Annual global revenue of approximately US$100M
- Existing business across Europe, North America and Australia
- Existing customers include international fashion and retail groups such as ZARA and CELIO
- Product focus: mid-market woven apparel for both men and women , including jackets, blazers, suits and related categories
- We do not focus on knitwear
The Role
- Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships across Southern Europe
- Identify and approach apparel brands, retailers and fashion groups
- Manage the full sales cycle from customer development and product presentation to order placement
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sourcing teams and decision makers
- Drive business based on orders and sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in apparel / garment / textile sales or business development
- Candidates with 5–10+ years of relevant experience are also welcome
- Strong network among European apparel brands, retailers or sourcing organizations
- Proven track record in generating orders and developing commercial accounts
- Experience with woven apparel, jackets, blazers, suits or similar categories is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the European fashion/apparel market
- Candidates with an existing client portfolio or strong buyer relationships are particularly welcome
Compensation xysqume
- Base/retainer: approximately €8,000–€10,000/month , depending on experience
- ~3% commission on sales
- Highly performance-oriented compensation structure
- Flexible working arrangement — no fixed office location required
Engagement
- Full-time or tempo parziale / consulting arrangement
- Hong Kong-based contract
- Candidates can be based anywhere in Europe
