ppbTECHNICAL PROPOSAL ENGINEER /b /p h3Job Overview /h3 pLeaf Space is looking for a Technical Proposal Engineer to support and coordinate the technical development of customer proposals for institutional and commercial customers in the space sector. Acting as the technical focal point during the bid phase, you will translate customer requirements into competitive, technically robust and executable solutions. Working across Engineering, Product, Operations, Sales and Business Development, you will coordinate technical contributions, contribute to the definition of system concepts, assess risks and ensure every proposal balances innovation, feasibility and business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse RFPs, ITTs, Statements of Work and customer technical requirements to identify relevant opportunities. /li liSupport the coordination of technical proposal preparation across Engineering, Product and Operations. /li liContribute to the definition of system architectures and technical solutions. /li liDevelop compliance matrices, technical descriptions and proposal documentation. /li liEstimate engineering effort, technical risks and implementation assumptions, ensuring solution feasibility. /li liSupport pricing activities with technical inputs and resource estimates. /li liParticipate in customer technical clarification meetings and support technical discussions during contract negotiations. /li liIdentify proposal risks and mitigation strategies. /li liEnsure consistency between technical documentation, pricing and delivery plans.
/li liSupport proposal-to-project handover after contract award and provide technical support during project implementation in coordination with the Project Manager. /li liImprove proposal processes, templates and technical knowledge management. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related disciplines /li li4-6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Proposal Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering or Technical Bid Support preferably within the aerospace, defence or high-technology sectors.
